Due to higher than usual parcel volume and COVID-19 lockdowns, delays are being experienced across the board and beyond our control. We endeavor to get your items out as promptly as possible and appreciate your support to our small business!

All orders are shipped from our office in Melbourne within 3 business days, Monday-Friday.
Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Your item is thoroughly inspected for any issues or defects, carefully wrapped and every precaution taken to ensure there is no damage prior to leaving our office. 

 
Sorel is not responsible for any parcels that may become lost or delayed in transit due to the couriers, items that have been unclaimed or not delivered, an address has been incorrectly entered or parcels that are damaged, lost, stolen or delayed.
