Returns and Exchange
At Just This, we care about your satisfaction and inspect each piece before it leaves us.
If something isn’t quite right, you can contact us to return full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are accepted for unused items in their original packaging with swing tags in place.
To start a return, please email us at hello@justthisandco.com.au with your order number and the reason for the return.
Items are eligible for store credit (valid for 1 year) or refund. A restocking and processing fee of $15.00 applies to refunds.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
- Used, damaged or worn items - stains, strong fragrances or odours, pet hair, fake tan, makeup and oil stains.
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Items bought on sale or with a discount code (except the 10% welcome code)
- Underwear or intimates (for hygiene reasons)
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Returns sent without including your order details
Items returned not in their original condition, will unfortunately be unable to be processed and you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to have the item sent back to you.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We are sorry the item isn't perfect! If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at hello@justthisandco.com.au within 14 days of delivery. Include photos and a short explanation so we can fix the issue quickly.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Items bought with the 10% welcome code can be returned if they meet the return conditions.
If your sale item is faulty, email us within 14 days with photos and order info.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they meet our return guidelines. Follow the same steps listed below.
COMPLIMENTARY GIFTS
Items purchased with a complimentary gift, must be returned with the gift also in its original, unused condition and packaging.
Unreturned or damaged gifts will be deducted from any refund amount. Complimentary gifts not eligible for exchange.
RETURN STEPS
- Email us at hello@justthisandco.com.au within 14 days of delivery date. Include your order number and item(s) you want to return.
- Make sure the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
- We will respond with details on what to do.
- Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund, store credit or exchange within 14 business days and notify you once processed.
Important Notes
- Customers cover return shipping. You must arrange and pay for return postage through your preferred courier.
- Tracked shipping is highly recommended. We’re not responsible for lost or untracked parcels.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Store credits are valid for 3 years and cannot be converted to cash.
